Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your destination country. Cafepariz is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If you haven’t received your tracking details or your order is delayed, contact us at info@blockdeals.click with your order number.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Orders to remote areas may take longer than standard estimates.
