Refund & Returns Policy

At Cafepariz, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blockdeals.click with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

  • Cafepariz is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer partial reimbursement.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style:

  • Submit a return request as above and specify your exchange preference.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

  • We will cover outbound shipping for one-time exchanges within the UK.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email info@blockdeals.click within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—there may be processing delays.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@blockdeals.click.
